Evil Homeowners Association

Evidently, it is illegal per the rules of our condo/townhome association to hang bird feeders.

    That sucks. I'm sure it is because people may have complained in the past about their neighbors' pesky birds. I'd like to have bird feeders, too, but the feral cat population around here is way to high to justify doing so.

    That's just not right! You know what RLF would have to say about that. He got his feeders out this weekend, and cleaned em' and hung 'em, ready to be filled. Even found one we forgot we had!
